VolleyWest 2013: Volleyball Kicks off the Season in the West with Record Number of Teams

The Newfoundland and Labrador Volleyball Association will be hosting VolleyWest 2013 during October 18-19 in Corner Brook.

VolleyWest will have 46 teams in four divisions for a record number. Teams will compete for Senior High Male Tier 1 and Tier 2, Senior High Female Tier 1 and Tier 2, Junior High Female Tier 1 and Tier 2 and Junior High Male. The tournament will take place for the first time at the new five court facility located in the Pepsi Centre Annex as well as the two courts at Corner Brook Regional High School. The tournament will also have a special event included as the MUN Male Seahawks team will play an Intersquad match during a break in competition on Saturday afternoon.
