Media Advisory: Minister to Announce the Completion of Baie Verte Miners’ Registry
The Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister of Service NL and Minister Responsible for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, will be joined by Kevin Pollard, MHA for Baie Verte-Springdale, as well as officials from the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, the United Steelworkers, the Baie Verte Peninsula Miners’ Action Committee and the Town of Baie Verte to announce the completion of the Baie Verte Miners’ Registry. The announcement will take place tomorrow (Wednesday, April 10) at 11:30 a.m. at the Kinsmen Community Centre, Town of Baie Verte.
