The Department of Natural Resources advises residents that the Sandy River Bridge will be closed next week, Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30, for repairs. Sandy River Bridge is located in the area of Grand Falls-Windsor on Sandy Lake Road.
As part of the scheduled work, the surface of the bridge will be removed and replaced. Repairs on the bridge will be completed on Friday, August 2.
The work is funded through the Provincial Government’s Capital Resource Road Program. For more information, contact the Department of Natural Resources office in Bishops Falls at 709-258-5334.
