Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Attend Forum on Hydraulic Fracturing

Vaughn Granter, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Tom Marshall, Minister of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, and Tony Cornect, MHA for Port au Port, will attend a public forum on hydraulic fracturing on Sunday, April 7, at 2:00 p.m., along with officials from the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Environment and Conservation, and the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board.

The forum, hosted by the Port au Port/Bay St. George Fracking Awareness Group, will take place in the Maria Regina Parish Hall on the Port au Port Peninsula.
