Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Funding for Trinity-Bay de Verde

The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services, will be in the community of Whiteway this afternoon (Monday, February 18) to announce firefighting equipment funding for the area. Minister O’Brien will be joined by the Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Child, Youth, and Family Services and MHA for Trinity-Bay de Verde, and community leaders for the announcement.

The event gets underway at 2:00 p.m., at the Trinity South Central Fire Hall, Main Road, Whiteway.
