Media Advisory: Minister to Address Heavy Civil Association

The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will speak at a luncheon during the Annual General Meeting of the Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador today (Thursday, January 10) at 12:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, St. John’s.

The Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador represents the road construction, water and sewer and heavy construction industries. They work with the Provincial Government, municipal councils, engineering consultants and the general public in the areas of industry standards, tendering and other issues.
