Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Police Officer Award Ceremony

The Honourable Darin King, Minister of Justice, will attend the Crime Stoppers Police Officer of the Year Award ceremony being held tomorrow (Wednesday, May 22). The event begins at 11:00 a.m. in the E.B. Foran Room on the third floor of St. John’s City Hall.

The Crime Stoppers Police Officer of the Year Award is presented each year to a member of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who has exhibited outstanding qualities that go above and beyond the call of duty.
