Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Announce Investment in Cape Freels Heritage Trust Inc.

Paul Lane, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will announce funding for Cape Freels Heritage Trust Inc., tomorrow (Friday, December 6). The event will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Barbour Premises in Newtown.

Cape Freels Heritage Trust Inc. is a non-profit organization that operates the Barbour Living Heritage Village. The Barbour site explores the lives of the Barbour family, a typical merchant family involved in the sealing and fishing industry in rural Newfoundland and Labrador.
