The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will address participants of the Arctic Oil and Gas North America 2013 conference tomorrow (Wednesday, April 10) at 9:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel in St. John’s.

The fourth annual conference organized by IBC Energy will focus on technologies and strategies advancing oil and gas developments in harsh environments.
