Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Announce Funding for Health-related R&D Projects
Steve Kent, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister Responsible for the Research & Development Corporation (RDC), will make an important funding announcement for health-related projects in Newfoundland and Labrador on Monday, March 11, at 11:00 a.m.
Mr. Kent will be joined by Glenn Janes, Chief Executive Officer, RDC, and Dr. Gary Kachanoski, President and Vice-chancellor of Memorial University.
The event will take place in “The Ship” in the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre, Health Sciences Centre, 300 Prince Phillip Drive in St. John’s. A reception will follow.
