The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, will speak at the Manufacturing Insights 2013 Human Resources Innovation and Best Practices Conference tomorrow (Thursday, February 28) at the Sheraton Hotel in St. John’s.

Minister Hutchings will bring opening remarks to attendees at 9:00 a.m.
