Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Launch New Contest

Steve Kent, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, Minister Responsible for the Research & Development Corporation, and Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, will officially launch the iDiscover contest tomorrow (Tuesday, January 29). The event will take place in the Learning Resource Centre at Mount Pearl Senior High, Mount Pearl, at 10:00 a.m.

The iDiscover contest, a partnership of the Provincial Government’s Getting the Message Out (GMO) program and Office of Public Engagement, encourages youth to profile an entrepreneur in their community or region.
