Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Attend Skills Canada Student Challenge

Paul Lane, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, will address youth participating in the Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador’s 11th annual Intermediate Challenge tomorrow (Saturday, November 23).

Over 500 students from 30 schools across the province are attending this year’s event at Mount Pearl Intermediate. Mr. Lane will speak during the awards ceremony at 4:30 p.m.

Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador is a non-profit organization that promotes careers in skilled trades and technologies through provincial, national and international competitions for intermediate, secondary and post-secondary students.
