Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Attend Volunteer Hall of Fame Induction Gala

Steve Kent, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, will speak at the Newfoundland and Labrador Volunteer Hall of Fame Induction Gala tonight (Friday, October 4) at the Sheraton Hotel. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and Mr. Kent is expected to speak at approximately 7:30 p.m.

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is a supporter of the Volunteer Hall of Fame, which recognizes individuals and organizations who have made outstanding voluntary contributions to their communities and the province. Eight people will be inducted into the Volunteer Hall of Fame this evening.
