Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Aboriginal Affairs Working Group Meeting in Winnipeg

The Honourable Felix Collins, Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs, will attend the annual meeting of the Aboriginal Affairs Working Group, April 16-17, at the Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Topics on this year’s agenda include Aboriginal education, Aboriginal economic development and violence against Aboriginal women and girls.

The Aboriginal Affairs Working Group comprises provincial and territorial ministers responsible for Aboriginal affairs and leaders from five national Aboriginal organizations.
