Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to
Speak at Defining Moments Art Exhibit Workshop

Steve Kent, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, will bring greetings at the Defining Moments Art Exhibit workshop tonight (Thursday, January 31).

The event begins at 8:00 p.m. at the Eastern Edge Art Gallery at 72 Harbour Drive, St. John's.

Defining Moments is a nationwide art project that challenges youth to look beyond national stereotypes to reveal how personal history, experiences, and the connections people share shape their sense of place. During the event, youth from the Murphy Centre's Community Arts Project will share their art work with youth from across Canada via Skype.
