The Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will hold a technical briefing and news conference tomorrow (Wednesday, August 14) to unveil the final plans to remediate the New Harbour waste removal site.
The technical briefing for media will begin at 1:00 p.m. The briefing will be followed by a news conference at 1:30 p.m.
Minister Hedderson will be joined by AMEC project manager Clifford Smith, and Dan Michelson, Manager of Industrial Projects for the Department of Environment and Conservation.
The event will take place at the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block Confederation Building.
