Media Advisory: Minister to Sign Municipal Habitat Stewardship Agreement

The Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will participate in the signing of the Municipal Habitat Stewardship Agreement Monday, July 8.

Minister Hedderson will be joined by Kevin Parsons, MHA for Cape St. Francis, Anthony Grace, Mayor of Flatrock, and council members.

The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Flatrock Town Hall, 663 Wind Gap Road, Flatrock.

The Municipal Stewardship Program, administered by the Wildlife Division of the Department of Environment and Conservation, is an initiative of the Newfoundland and Labrador portion of the Eastern Habitat Joint Venture.
