Today is By-Election Day!

Regular polling for the Carbonear – Harbour Grace by-election is taking place today. The polls are open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

To find out where to vote, electors should:

• Refer to their Voter Information Letters, circulated in the mail by Elections Newfoundland and Labrador;
• Check the Elections Newfoundland and Labrador website (www.elections.gov.nl.ca );
• Call their district Returning Office at 945-3035; or,
• Call Elections Newfoundland and Labrador toll-free at 1-877-729-7987.

There are 36 polls in this district. The advance poll results and the Special Ballot results will be included in the preliminary election results released tonight.
