Advance voting will take place on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Special Ballot voting is also available to electors who feel they will have difficulty voting in person at the advance or regular polls. The deadline to apply for a Special Ballot kit is 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Completed Special Ballot kits must be received at the district Returning Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 or at Elections Newfoundland and Labrador head office by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013.
