Official Candidates for the Cartwright-L’Anse au Clair By-Election
The nomination of candidates for the June 25, 2013 Cartwright – L’Anse au Clair by-election closed today at 2 p.m. The officially nominated candidates are as follows:

Advance voting will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. (7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. in parts of the district).
Special Ballot voting is also available to electors who feel they will have difficulty voting in person at the advance or regular polls. The deadline to apply for a Special Ballot kit is 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Completed Special Ballot kits must be received at the district Returning Office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 or at Elections Newfoundland and Labrador head office by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013.
