Media Advisory: Minister and Students “Stand Up to Bullying”

To mark Violence Awareness Week activities taking place in schools across Newfoundland and Labrador, the Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Education, will participate in “Stand Up To Bullying Day” at Sacred Heart Academy in Marystown tomorrow (Wednesday, February 27), beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Minister Jackman will also use the opportunity to officially announce the 2012 winners of the Provincial Government’s Safe and Caring Schools Special Project Awards.
