Public Advisory: Consultations on Potential Changes
to Federal Skills and Employment Programs Continue Friday

The Provincial Government will continue public consultations in communities across Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Friday, November 1) to gain a clear view of how employers and other stakeholders feel about potential changes to federal skilled trades and employment program funding. Tomorrow's session will take place at 12:00 p.m. at the AES Employment Centre, 163 Hamilton River Road, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Those who wish to pre-register are encouraged to call the Department of Advanced Education and Skills at 1-800-563-6600 or email LMCIhotline@gov.nl.ca; however, everyone is welcome. Please indicate if accessibility accommodations are required for participation. Those who cannot attend a session can visit www.aes.gov.nl.ca  to complete a survey and/or provide written feedback.
