Kavanagh Returns as President of NLBA

Dr. Basil Kavanagh was re-elected as president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association for the 8th consecutive year this past weekend at the Annual General Meeting in St. John’s. Other members elected to the Executive Board include: David Constantine, Roger Head, Tom Warren, Tom Earles, Ig Parsons, and Joe Lake.

Awards were presented to the following:

Elite Coach of Year:   Geoff Moore
Minor Female Coach:   Jane Kelsey
Minor Male Coach:   Brent Sellars
