Media Advisory: Minister to Address Army Reserve Recognition Day Ceremony

The Honourable Paul Davis Minister of Service NL, will speak at a ceremony for Army Reserve Recognition Day today (Wednesday, October 3) at 2:30 p.m. The event is being held at the Fort Pepperell Mess, Building 308, Langley Street, Canadian Forces Station, St. John’s. The Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs and Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector is also attending the ceremony.

This is the inaugural Army Reserve Recognition Day, which is being commemorated to recognize the important contribution of army reservists to the Canadian Army both at home in Canada and abroad.
