Media Advisory: Project Oversight Agreement Released

The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Natural Resources, today released a Project Oversight Agreement for the Muskrat Falls Project.

The Project Oversight Agreement is a four-party agreement that establishes the framework for how the Governments of Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia, Nalcor Energy, and Emera Inc. will work together to ensure that all federal loan guarantee conditions are met.
