Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Education Week Webcast
The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Education, will join Lily B. Cole, President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association, on Monday, March 5, at Brother Rice School in St. John’s to mark the opening of Education Week in Newfoundland and Labrador.
March 4 to 10 is Education Week in Newfoundland and Labrador. This year’s theme is techKNOWLEDGEy – technoSAVOIR.
Monday’s event, which will begin at 10:00 a.m., will be broadcast via webcast to allow schools across the province to participate. The webcast can be accessed Monday morning from the NLTA website at www.nlta.nl.ca/home
