Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Memorial Day Ceremonies

The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Natural Resources, will represent the Provincial Government at the annual Memorial Day Sunrise Ceremony tomorrow (Friday, July 1) at the Signal Hill National Historic Site. The ceremony takes place in the summit parking lot near Cabot Tower at 6:00 a.m.

Minister Skinner will also participate in a wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the 95th Anniversary of the Battle of Beaumont Hamel at the National War Memorial in St. John’s. The ceremony begins at 10:55 a.m.
