Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Opening of Memorial Park

The Honourable Kevin O’Brien, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will represent the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador at the official opening of the Trail of the Caribou Memorial Park tomorrow (Saturday, April 16) at Quidi Vidi Lake, St. John’s.

The event begins at the Pleasantville Cairn, adjacent to Branch56 of the Royal Canadian Legion, at 11:00 a.m. with the Royal Newfoundland Regiment Commemorative Parade and will include the official opening ceremony of the park.
