Media Advisory: Minister in Ottawa for Important Announcement

The Honourable Patty Pottle, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, is in Ottawa this morning for an important announcement involving the Innu Nation of Labrador.

Minister Pottle will join the Honourable John Duncan, Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and federal Interlocutor for Metis and Non-Status Indians, and Joseph Riche, Grand Chief of the Innu Nation of Labrador.

The event takes place at 11:15 a.m. ET (12:45 p.m. in Newfoundland, 12:15 p.m. in some parts of Labrador), 607 Confederation Building, Parliament Hill.
