The Honourable Terry French, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will visit the Cabot Stadium in Bonavista tomorrow (Friday, January 29) to get an overview of improvements to be made at the facility as part of recently announced Provincial Government investments in community recreation infrastructure. Minister French will be joined by the Honourable Roger Fitzgerald, MHA for Bonavista South. The event begins at 11:30 a.m.

Within the past year, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has announced more than $8.7 million in funding for community recreation infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
