April 20, 2010Media Advisory: RCMP Anniversary Patrol Vehicles to be
Unveiled
The Honourable Felix Collins, Minister of Justice and Attorney
General, and the Honourable Kevin O'Brien, Minister of Government
Services, will be joined by Assistant Commissioner Bill Smith of the
Royal Canadian Mounted Police to unveil two 1950 styled patrol vehicles.
The event will take place tomorrow (Wednesday, April 21) at the main
entrance of Confederation Building, East Block at 10:30 a.m.
The unveiling of the RCMP vehicles is part of 60th
Anniversary celebrations for the RCMP in Newfoundland and Labrador.
