Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary to Address Workshop

Wally Young, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will bring opening remarks at a Manufacturing Insights Workshop tomorrow (Tuesday, May 18) at 8:00 a.m. The workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn in St. John's.

Hosted by the Canadian Manufacturer and Exporters — Newfoundland and Labrador, in collaboration with the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and the Federal Government, the workshop's objective is to highlight productivity and quality improvement options such as welding techniques and processes and lean principles.
