1 Pursuant to Board Order P.P. 5 (2010) Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing is authorized to charge an additional amount of 5.2 cpl above the maximum retail price for propane used for heating purposes to reflect an increase in the total allowed mark up based on demonstrated increased costs for the supply of this product. This additional amount will remain in place until further ordered by the Board.
