Minister to Speak to Fur Institute Annual General Meeting
The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Fisheries
and Aquaculture, will be the keynote speaker at the annual general
meeting of the Fur Institute of Canada. The meeting will take place
tomorrow (Saturday, June 12) at 7:00 p.m. at the Battery Hotel and
Suites, St. John's.
Minister Jackman will speak on the future of the
sealing industry in Newfoundland and Labrador, and the importance of
marketing and development of sealing products.
