The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, will give the keynote address at the 2009 Sport Newfoundland and Labrador annual general meeting, today (Friday, November 20), at the Provincial Training Centre (Powerplex) in St. John�s. The address is set to begin at 12:30 p.m.
