Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at Walk of Hope
The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will speak at the St. John�s Winners Walk of Hope on Sunday, September 13, at 9:45 a.m. at the North Bank Lodge in Pippy Park. St. John�s is one of 14 cities across Canada to participate in the Winners Walk of Hope. This event raises awareness of ovarian cancer and creates a sense of community for women and their families touched by the disease.
