Transportation and Works September 4, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Officially Open Nicholsville Bridge The Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Transportation and Works, will officially open the Nicholsville Bridge tomorrow (Friday, September 5). The minister will be joined by Humber Valley MHA Darryl Kelly and Deer Lake Mayor Barbara Ball.
