Transportation and Works Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs July 16, 2008 Media Advisory: Ministers to Survey Construction of Trans Labrador Highway The Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Transportation and Works, and the Honourable John Hickey, Minister of Labrador Affairs, will view the progress of road-widening on Phase I of the Trans Labrador Highway (TLH) tomorrow (Thursday, July 17). The ministers will be joined by Happy Valley-Goose Bay Mayor Leo Abbass. The event takes place at 7:30 a.m., 15.7 kilometres from Happy Valley-Goose Bay, on Phase I of the TLH. -30- Media contacts:
