Motorists are advised that effective immediately, the median lane (in both directions) on the Outer Ring Road, between Thorburn Road and Topsail Road, will be closed to traffic.

The Department of Transportation and Works is installing median barriers and guide rails in the area and the closure is necessitated by speeding motorists who are endangering construction workers.

The closure is expected to last the duration of the construction period, slated for three weeks.
