Municipal Affairs Government Services March 4, 2008 Media Advisory: Ministers to Unveil New Firefighter Licence Plate The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister Responsible for Emergency Preparedness, and the Honourable Kevin O�Brien, Minister of Government Services, will present Fire Chief Richard Murphy of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Fire Services with the first firefighter licence plate in the province.
