Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs August 26, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Northern Development Ministers' Forum The Honourable John Hickey, Minister of Labrador Affairs, will be in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories this week to attend the Northern Development Ministers� Forum (NDMF) taking place August 27-28. The NDMF provides federal, provincial and territorial ministers representing Canada�s north an opportunity to advance common interests and raise awareness of northern issues and accomplishments.
