Media Advisory: Ministers to Address Aboriginal Women�s Conference

The Honourable Patty Pottle, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, will address the annual Aboriginal Women�s Conference banquet taking place in Salon A of the Capital Hotel in St. John�s today (Thursday, March 13) at 7:00 p.m.

The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will address the Aboriginal Women�s Conference, tomorrow (Friday, March 14). The minister will speak at approximately 8:45 a.m.

This is the third annual Aboriginal Women�s Conference hosted by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. This year�s conference, The Path to Economic Prosperity, will bring together Aboriginal women and community, business, and government leaders from across Newfoundland and Labrador to discuss economic opportunities for Aboriginal women and their communities.
