Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at OceansAdvance�s AGM The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will speak at the annual general meeting of OceansAdvance. Minister Skinner will speak at 4:00 p.m. today (Thursday, December 11) in the Atlantic Room at NRC-IOT on the campus of Memorial University in St. John�s.
