Innovation, Trade and Rural Development November 28, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Address Workshop The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will bring opening remarks at the Lean Product Design and Development Workshop on Monday, December 1.
