Innovation, Trade and Rural Development October 17, 2008 Media Advisory: Minister to Deliver Opening Remarks at World Summit The Honourable Trevor Taylor, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will deliver remarks at the official opening of Ocean Innovation 2008 � World Summit � Ocean Observing Systems on Monday, October 20. The event will take place at 8:30 a.m. in Salons A and B of the Delta Hotel and Conference Centre in St. John�s. Canada�s premier oceans event, Ocean Innovation 2008 is a three-day event (October 19 -22) hosted by the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University.
