Media Advisory: Minister to Address New Canadians at Citizenship Ceremony The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will address new Canadian citizens at a citizenship ceremony to be held today (Monday, December 8) at 2:00 p.m. at St. John�s City Hall in the E.B.
