Media Advisory: Minister to Launch Programs and Services Guide The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, will launch a Guide to Provincial Government Programs and Services for Individuals and Families, today (Thursday, October 16) at 2:00 p.m. at the MacMorran Community Centre, 10 McSheffrey Lane, St. John�s. The Provincial Government offers a variety of programs
and services for residents of the province.
A key goal of the Poverty Reduction Strategy is to increase awareness of
existing programs and services for persons and families with low
incomes.
