Media Advisory: Remaining Budget Consultation Meetings Scheduled

The Department of Finance confirmed today the schedule for the remaining budget consultation meetings. The meetings will take place;

Monday, February 18	Gander	Gander Hotel	1:00 p.m. � 3:30 p.m.
Monday, February 18	Grand Falls-Windsor	Mount Peyton	7:00 p.m. � 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, February 19	Corner Brook	Pepsi Centre	1:00 p.m. � 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday, February 19	Stephenville	Holiday Inn	7:00 p.m. � 9:30 p.m.
Friday, February 29	St. Anthony	Vinland Hotel	10:30 a.m. � 1:00 p.m.

Anyone interested in participating in a meeting should register at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting by telephoning 709-729-2944.

Submissions can also be made in writing to the Minister of Finance, Department of Finance, P.O. Box 8700, St. John�s, NL, A1B 4J6. Comments may also be faxed to 709-729-2070 or e-mailed to budgetsubmissions@gov.nl.ca. For further information please contact 709-729-2944.
