Transportation and Works December 14, 2007 Media Advisory: News Conference to Announce Infrastructure Agreement The Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Transportation and Works for Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable Loyola Hearn, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, on behalf of the Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, will make an announcement Monday, December 17, regarding provincial infrastructure.
